Shipping and Returns

Shipping

The Blue Rose Studio currently ships within the United States only.

 

Processing Time

Most orders take approximately 2–5 business days to be fulfilled before shipping.

Processing time refers to the time it takes to prepare your item before it is shipped. Many of our products are made to order, so fulfillment time may vary by product.

 

Shipping Time

Shipping time begins after your order has been fulfilled and handed over to the carrier.

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, holidays, weather, order volume, or other delays outside of our control.

 

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

 

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If you entered the wrong shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to update the address before the order is processed. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

The Blue Rose Studio is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

 

Separate Shipments

Some items may ship separately because they require different packaging, production times, or fulfillment locations.

If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

 

Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused

  • In the same condition that you received them

  • In the original packaging

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable or digital products

  • Face Masks and Undergarmets

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

  • Final sale items, if applicable

 

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • Clear photos of the item, if there is a defect or damage

Once your return is approved, you will receive return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are available within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

To start an exchange, please contact us at: customerservice@thebluerosestudio.com Please include your order number and details about the item you would like to exchange. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to return the original item. The Blue Rose Studio will cover the shipping cost to send the replacement item, when applicable.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

  • Photos of the packaging, if applicable

Once reviewed, we will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
